Majestic Commercenter

Established in 1995, the Majestic Commercenter is a 1,600-acre, master-planned business park in Aurora, Colorado. Located just five miles south of Denver International Airport, one of the world’s busiest airports, the park features high speed fiber connectivity, Union Pacific rail service and outstanding access to Interstate 70 via Tower Road.

 

A regional home to some of the world’s largest, most respected corporations, the park has delivered high-cube spaces from 20,000 square feet to 1,000,000 square feet in Class A industrial buildings. Currently, the park boasts over 9 million square feet, with total build-out of the Majestic Commercenter expected to reach 15 million square feet of industrial, warehouse and distribution facilities. At 1,600 acres, this property offers a variety of flexible development opportunities including corporate campuses, spec product and build-to-suits.
